Castle Organised Tours

Our staff will be pleased to give you an interesting tour of the castle. This will also help you get to know where everything is located. The tour will include the Patti Theatre, the Bridal Suite, Main Bars, Function Rooms, Breakfast Room, plus an outline of the castle's history.

For only £ 50.00 per day you can even arrange to have your own personal tour guide. Local historian and qualified guide Len Ley will show you around the area, sharing his detailed knowledge. (just arrange it when you book). Then enjoy afternoon tea by a real log fire in the Patti Bar. Evening meals are served at 8.00 pm. See more details of our tours

Craig-y-Nos Castle captivated the greatest prima-donna of the 19th century and she lived here for the rest of her life. The Castle’s "Grade One Listed" Theatre is one of only six such listed theatres in the United Kingdom. This is where Adelina Patti entertained her rich and famous guests and made the local hills come alive with the sound of music.
