Choose your own date – through December and January (subject to availability)

Minimum 30 people unless adding on to evenings already booked by other groups*

                            

Create your own Christmas Dinner menu by selecting your party choice of up to two of each course from the following full Christmas Dinner menu:

STARTERS

Traditional Vegetable Soup served with a hot rustic roll
Fingers of smoked salmon served with a potato and chive salad garnished with lemon
Avocado, prawns served on bed of crispy salad
Chefs special liver and chicken brandy pate, served on melba toast

MAIN COURSE

Traditional Roast Welsh Turkey with a herb stuffing, chipolatas wrapped in bacon,
with roast gravy and cranberry sauce.
Honey Roast Ham traditionally cooked in cider and glazed in a honey and brown sugar jus
Roast Sirloin of Beef served with caramelized onions and a rich roast gravy
Mushroom Stroganoff in a Cream & Brandy Sauce
Vegetable and Stilton crumble

All Above Served With Seasonal Vegetables, Baby Boiled Potatoes & Roast Potatoes

Traditional Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce

Why not stay overnight in our en-suites and make a night of it? 

                         

* There is no room hire charge for our Christmas dinner parties. 
• Therefore your party will be sharing the function room with other groups / parties. 
• However if you prefer exclusivity, you may hire the function room exclusively for the sole use of your party.
• There is a minimum party size of 30 persons. 
• If your group / party or table is smaller than 30, then you may attend on any date that has already been pre-booked by another party (as the minimum number will have been met by them).
• Very small parties will necessarily be offered the same menu option that has been chosen by the first or larger group. 
• Vegetarian and special menu preferences must be booked in advance.
