Craig-y-Nos Castle enjoys a beautiful rural setting and as country folk we welcome well behaved pets. The scope for exercising your dog or walking for miles in our unspoilt countryside is endless. The beauty of our local hills is too good to miss and the Castle is the ideal pet friendly walking centre.

The Castle overlooks Craig-y-Nos Country Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty, in which accompanied dogs are welcomed.
For more energetic owners and their pets there are impressive hills with stunning views towering over the castle and numerous well defined paths by which to explore them.

Every day Jack & Sheba , the Castle's resident dogs go for a walk and you are welcome to join them . Martin, their owner, or one of Jack and Sheba's other walking friends will be pleased to guide you on some of the local walks.

16th Century Farmhouse Pet Friendly Accommodation

Please bring you pet's sleeping box, bedding, and feeding bowls. Dogs are allowed in all public areas of the castle except restaurant and dining rooms.

Craig-y-Nos Castle is fully equipped with poop scoops and pet-waste bins and responsible pet owners are encouraged to bring their pets with them when staying with us.

There are lots of beautiful beaches to visit at Swansea & Gower and dogs are welcome all year round at: -
Pwll Du, Pobbles, Three Cliffs Bay, Oxwich Bay, Rhossilli Bay, Broughton Bay, Whiteford Sands & Horton.
* For all other beaches at Swansea & Gower - dogs are allowed between 1st Otober and 30th April.

The Ancient Briton is a dog friendly pub just 1.5 miles south of the Castle, a 20 minute brisk walk. Dogs are welcome in all the outside areas.

"Ajay Fotography" are proud to announce the opening of their digital studio at Craig-y-Nos Castle

Guests and their pets can have a studio photo session, retire to the bar or go for a walk for 15 minutes, then return to the studio to choose the final image package.

We also offer a digital printing service to all the hotel guests. leave your memory card at reception in the morning and we will transfer your images to CD or DVD.
