Beef bourguignon - 8oz rump steak cooked with smoked bacon and baby onions served on a leek mash

Pate stuffed chicken breast with a garlic butter sauce with crushed new potato

Monkfish and caramelised pineapple kebabs with a rice pilaff

Medallions of pork fillet with a honey and mustard sauce  with potato duchess
