A small hotel in a lovely setting. It is being transformed and the finished areas are very good. Meals and service were very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The history and ambience make it an unusual and different place to visit and the views and wildlife are exceptional. Close to mountains and valleys and not far from Swansea offer a wide variety of local venues.

We stayed here early last year and were very impressed. This year on our return the first impressions were not only equalled but excelled. The room was excellent and the standard of service equal to that. We have two Great Danes and they were loved by all who met them. Our dogs do cause us problems in trying to find a welcome, but this hotel surpasses anything we have experienced before. If you are a dog owner/lover you must give Craig-y-nos top priority on your list of places to stay. You won't be disappointed. The staff do everything they can to make you welcome
